75 Minute Session

Service Description

A customized bodywork session is just that, customizable! Whether you want upper body only, lower body only, one leg worked on, deep pressure, lighter pressure, or one foot for the whole time (please no), I am happy to listen and adjust to your needs. I generally start with lighter pressure to warm up the muscle tissue and work into more firm to deep pressure depending on what we discussed before the session started. Open communication is always important so please let me know if I need to adjust the pressure or other aspects at any time.
